What will closing in my office look like? 1. Sellers + their realtor will come in first. They'll make a pit stop at the bathroom to wash hands for 20 seconds. I have a seat for each party 6 feet apart. Sign all possible documents. 2. Sellers + their realtor will hand sanitize on their way out and sit in their cars if they wish to wait on docs and checks. 3. I will lysol the entire place like a mad women. 4. Buyers + their realtor + their loan officer will head in, wash up, and sign their docs. 5. They will hand sanitize and go wait in the car. 6. I will disinfect everything once more, and deliver copies of documents and checks to each car or office like the closing Fairy.
